A Good Standing Certificate is a document which shows that you have been working in clinical practice while being registered under the medical council of your country. For us it's PMDC. You need to have valid PMDC full Registration certificates and Rs. 5150 bank draft or cash of someone is submitting it personally. If you really want it urgently
it's better to send someone to PMDC Islamabad directly and get it issued in a day. This is what a CGS looks like. 
If you started your house job before PMDC license even if it's a few days you need to prove that you are in good standing. Sometimes GMC might not ask further verification or further good standing. You will know that only when you apply. You need to do two things. You need to email credentialing@pmdc.org.pk your CGS certificate and your house job certificate and if you have received an email from GMC to verify your good standing, you need to let them know when was your start date of your House job. In a day or two you will get an answer from them in form of a letter which they will send to you and GMC directly.
If GMC satisfied good. If not they will ask you get your house job duration verified by the hospital HR or consultant or head of Post Graduate education of the hospital you worked in. Once you verify, then GMC will re verify with person that you verified your house job. Then hopefully GMC will be satisfied. Remember the person that verifies your house job and good standing must have a workplace email address and not a personal email. Because GMC will accept verification emails from any personal emails.
