The Documents Required for MTI

Once you confirm you will need to make a bond (download) on a 100rs stamp paper. After submitting the undertaking you will not be able to back out.  You will then be asked not to contact the Trust directly all communications will be through CPSP. They fill ask you fill and submit a

GMC Sponsorship Form (download), IELTS, your CV, Degree, passport scan, Good Standing Certificate from PMDC (form) , 2 structured references (download) . The hospital will send the documents to Trust under which your Hospital is registered. While your application is being processed. You are advised to start GMC registration process (Read here about GMC registration). You need to list each and everything that you have been doing for the past 5 years every single day should be accounted for. So you must be ready with letters  certificates or any documents to prove whatever you have said you have done. Your documents must also state whether it was a clinical job or not, if it was then whether you had a license to practice in that country. So suppose you started your house job before your provisional PMDC license then GMC will ask you provide evidence that you were in Good standing in that period and that duration was counted in your official house job. Because the PMDC will issue Good standing certificate (read here about Good Standing Certificate) from the date you got your provisional PMDC. If you think you might be in similar situation then there is a remedy to it of which I will be writing soon. If you have done an observership/ clinical attachments (which are usually considered non clinical unless it mentions that you have hands on patient exposure) you need to have original letters confirming your exact dates and duties. It they were internationally done make sure you portray them as non clinical unless you had license to practice in that country. If they feel the documents you submitted aren't sufficient or they still want confirmation they will ask you to get these GMC Reference letters (download) filled from the consultant/institution you worked with. Once you get them filled and submitted GMC will contact them to confirm whether they actually did fill them out for you. If you have such work experience it might be a good idea to have them ready beforehand.
To be eligible for full GMC registration
. you  must  have  been  engaged  in  clinical  work  for  a  minimum  of  3  of  the  last  5  years,  and all  of  the  last  12  months  immediately  preceding  the  submission  of  your  application
