How to get full GMC Registration and license to work in UK for 2yrs?

The GMC registration you will get will be full and you will complete license to work for only 2yrs of your MTI program. You will have renew it yearly and you can keep your registration even after you have finished your MTI provided you keep paying the yearly renewal fees. 

The Good Standing Certificate from PMDC is one of the major document required by GMC which can be a hassle at times and can take approximately a month to arrive, if possible please ask someone in Islamabad to do it for you it only takes a day. Remember that it is valid for only 6 months but it's even less for GMC. Let me explain your Good standing must not be
less than 3 months old when GMC PROVISIONALLY approves your application and valid (not more than 6 months)
Once you satisfy the GMC by submitting the  documents mentioned here (documents) they will ask for a Certificate of Sponsorship (COS)
When your GMC Sponsorship application is approved your trust will automatically send GMC the Certificate of sponsorship (there are 2 types of Certificate of sponsorship one which the applicant receives the other type is directly submitted to GMC)
When all your documents are completed your GMC registration will be provisionally approved they will send you an invitation to come for face to face ID check for issuance of proper GMC registration. You will have to go UK for this interview usually most people time their interview in a way that reach UK on a tier 5 visa (the visa you get for MTI) get their interview, get full GMC registration done and start working in their respective hospitals. But some times there might be some visa issues in that case you might have to get a visit visa and get your GMC registration done. In the email that GMC sends you, inviting you for Identity Check it will be mentioned if you don't show up within 3 months of this date your application will be closed and you will get a refund minus their scrutiny and then you need to restart the whole application from scratch. So yes GMC registration can be a pain to get through.
When you receive this invitation email you send it to the Trust who will apply to Academy  of Medical Royal Colleges for your Certificate of Sponsorship which will be need for your visa application.
CPSP will send you a letter stating that you have received a scholarship and they will be paying £32,000 per annum (junior clinical fellow) and £34,0000 per annum (senior clinical fellow).
