Tier 5 Visa: Application

You can apply for your spouse and I believe upto two kids visa. You will apply for tier 5 visa Exchange immigrant and your spouse and kids on tier 5 partner and tier 5 child visa respectively. Usually you will not need to show your bank account if
your COS say maintenance will be provided if it says it will cover your credit dependents then you are good to go without showing any bank balances for your dependents. For further details you can visit their website. You will need to apply online fill out the application for yourself and your dependents. You need to pay health surcharge it's a requirement which allows you and your dependents to avail free NHS health services as locals. It's 200£ per year it has been planned undergo an increment. So if your COS is valid for 2yrs than you have to pay £400 for yourself and £400 for each of your dependents. You will also be given a choice where you want to submit your application and documents and get your biometrics done. Select the place date and time. Print out the completed application, along with all the documents you think will be important. You need to arrange this in a Certain manner. You need to download this Pdf file. These are Labeled bar code they are basically used for scanning all your documents which will be scanned and returned to you except passport. These barcodes are same for you every country. Print the necessary barcodes and arrange your documents.

    Aoa. I am dr rabia akhter from islamabad. I have applied for a senior fellowship in UHB birmingham via CPSP on tier 5 visa. I have filled the online visa application and have given details of my husband and 2 kids as dependents. The downladed application shows details of my dependents. But when i go to IHS website for payment, the IHS summary says " u dnt hv any dependents" and only option below to click is " these details are correct". I have filled visa application twice but the result is same. Wat should i do nxt. Kindly help me out with this. I will try to post a screen shot of this page as well.
    Also the health surcharge showing on site is abt 83000 PKR. BUT if i calculate it according to current pond rate its 66000PKR(400£). wat z this extra amount for?

    Do we need to print the bar codes on a separate page and put infront of relevent documents?
