Deed of Undertaking
You must provide the Deed of Undertaking to CPSP. The draft of the deed is found below. This Deed of Undertaking must be executed on official stamp paper duly signed and attested by the Oath Commissioner and notarized. The original copy of the Deed of Undertaking must be submitted to CPSP. Only after CPSP receives the undertaking will they further issue the Scholarship letter, instructions on how to proceed.
